Call Center Equipment Donation for Responsible Gaming Federation, March 2023

Flamingo Casino, a leading casino in Kenya, has recently undertaken a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative to donate Call Center hardware equipment to the Responsible Gaming Federation of Kenya (RGFK). This initiative is aimed at assisting gamblers who may need help and support with responsible gaming practices.

The Responsible Gaming Federation of Kenya is a non-profit organization that promotes responsible gaming practices in Kenya. With the support of Flamingo Casino, RGFK will be able to establish a call
center that will provide assistance and support to gamblers who may be struggling with addiction or other issues related to gambling. The call center will be staffed with trained professionals who will be
able to offer guidance, advice, and support to those who need it.

Flamingo Casino’s donation of the Call Center hardware equipment is a significant contribution to the efforts to promote responsible gaming practices. The call center will be equipped with laptops, telephone systems, and other essential communication tools necessary to ensure efficient operations of the call center.
