How to play Baccarat

Midi Baccarat is a game of chance, the object to bet on the hand which will come closest to count of 9.

Your first step to getting started is to place your bet. There are three bets to choose from. The ‘bank’ which pays 19-20. The ‘player’ which pays even money. Finally, there’s a ‘tie’ which is less common and pays 8-1.

With all bets place, play can begin! The dealer will draw the cards to prescribed drawing rules.

If the 2 card total exceed 9, the last digit counts as value of the hand, For example, 6-7 =13, counts as 3.

Tens, Kings, Queens and Jacks count as zero. All other cards count as their face value.

A hand is made up not less than two and not more than three cards.

Unlike other casino favourites, there are no optional draws in Baccarat. If the rules require a third card to be dealt to either hand, it must be dealt.

Remember, the dealer will always ensure that the cards are drawn according to the rules – so all you need to do is sit back, relax and enjoy betting on which hand will be closer to 9 or whether there will be a tie or egalite!
